It was mentioned that the bill (reg. No. 2388) aims at securing labour guarantees of the personnel and strengthening of social protection of population.
The bill suggests amending the Code on Labour Laws and the Code of Administrative Infringements, as well as the laws “On Labour Remuneration”, “On Collective Agreements and Treaties”, “On State Statistics”, and the Law "On Accounting and Financial Reporting in Ukraine."
Committee members believe that adoption of the bill will allow the authorized bodies of state power more effectively influence the processes in the sphere of labour; secure implementation of the constitutional right of citizens to timely labour remuneration; increase responsibility for violating labour legislation and improve social stability in the society.
